      There are:

      isoiconbrowserplugin1.dll and

      assetimporterplugin1.dll

      found from root/lib/qtcreator/plugins/qmldesigner in community offline installer on Windows (macOS or Linux not tested). I got the impression that those should not be found in that case. Please, close the bug as invalid, if this is an erroneous bug report.
