DS shutdown should be more informative

When closing down DS it just closes, there is nothing describing it was a controlled shutdown and not a crash.

At minimum, we should give modal once the shutdown has been started telling the user that DS is shutting down and once shutdown procedure is complete, remove the modal together with the rest of the UI.

Later on, this process flow can be used to do end-user surveys of the tool usage.
