The "texture add OK" icon should only appear, when the texture is on a model in 3D -view

When user drag-and-drops a texture to the 3D -view, the icon in the top-left corner of the texture (the white arrow, which points to right) shows, that the texture drop is OK, but user can only drop the texture on to a model.

I think it would be better, that the icon would show the "forbidden" -sign in the 3D -view, until the texture is on a model.
