Steps to reproduce:
- Create/open a 3D project
- Open Content Library, Materials tab
- Click download icon for some of the materials
- Cancel download by clicking x
- Start download again by clicking download icon
- -> Download won't start again for cancelled material
- Other materials can still be downloaded
- Closing and reopening DS solves issue -> cancelled material can be downloaded again
