Srolling allowed when "Collapse/expand all" -context menu open

    Description

      • Create/Open a project
      • Open e.g. Content Library -> Material tab
      • Right click on top of "Architectural" section
      • Context menu "Expand all / Collapse all" opens
      • Scroll view with mouse wheel
      • -> view can be scrolled and context menu stays open. Expected is that view cannot be scrolled while context menu is open.
      • Reproduces in Content Library, Material Browser, Material Editor, Texture Editor and Properties view.
