Feedback pop-up panel will not close

    Description

      Moments after launching DS 4.0.1, the "Enjoying the properyEditor (skip or rate) then Enjoy navigatorView (skip or rate)" the panel will not advance or close.  There is no way to select any other DS panels or open a project. 

      The only thing I can do is launch the Task Manager and shut DS down from there.
