Scroll motion "sticking" in Examples & Tutorials sections

    Description

      When using a M1 MacBook Pro with "Natural scrolling" turned off the scrolling in the Examples and Tutorial sections of DS the scrolling motion"stick and glitch" see attached video.

      I have noticed a similar issue occasionally in other scrollable areas, but it seems most prevalent and repeatable in these two sections.
