Module is not added back to the list of possible imports after removing the import

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a general empty project
• Add some module from Components -> +, e.g. QtQuick3D
• Close the project and save all changes
• Reopen the project
• Right click QtQuick3D module section in Components
• Choose "Remove module" from context menu
• Click Components + and try adding QtQuick3D again
• -> QtQuick3D is not shown in the list of possible imports
• Closing and reopening the project shows the import option again.
