Package Studio Controls so they can be added to a Qt installation from Maintenance Tool

    Description

      If I want to work on a project in Qt Creator that was created in DS and uses Studio.Controls, I have to build Studio.Controls by hand for every Qt version/platform combination I'm deploying to. This is suboptimal. I should be able to add Studio Controls to any of my Qt installations via the "Additional Libraries" submenu of the Maintenance Tool.
