Use the same new MCU project template as in Qt Creator

    Description

      There is no reason to have a separate version of the new MCU project template in QDS and in Qt Creator.

      The Qt Creator template already contains the structure we want to recommend to users, so it should be re-used in QDS, without being a copy of it.
