Layout option staying disabled in all States except the Base State.

If we try to arrange some components or images in a grid in any other states than the Base State, it doesn't function. The option stays disabled with no hint whatsoever. This can raise confusion among the user base. It is true that according to the architecture of Qt Design Studio the arrangement is not possible. But we need to think of a way that can let users understand the reason and dissolves any scope for confusion. Otherwise it would always feel like a bug to the users without that specific domain knowledge.
