Ticks in clock shows at random location in designer

In reusable gauge component, tick mark around the clock when opened in designer view shows at random position. But when it is build and run it works as expected.

Attached example, when you open in designer see Red tick is not shown at 1 oclock position but when you run this it shows sat right place.

This can also been seen in Qt Creator.
