Component gallery does not update in realtime

When modifying imported assets with text editor, component library does not refresh. 

Steps to reproduce

1. import attached metadata
2. enable the library -sign magic...
3. you cannot use it, you need to fix component_x.ui.qmls by adding QtQuick.Controls import statement
4. when you save the files (using internal editor) you can see that the component library has the new lib attached but it remains empty.
5. try to open new project and DS will ask that there are files with unsaved data...
