A tool/documentation how to generate self signed certificate for on-prem

The certificate provided in the on-premise package, signed by Qt, is not very usable as it works only on localhost.

The recommendation is that the on-premise instance user create or acquire their own certificate from CA.

But to support fast evaluation and verification of the solution, it would be good to provide a tool or documentation for generating the certificate.

The client side documentation needs an update as well so that is clear how to use a self signed server certificate.
