P2: Important Description
Add Ubuntu 24.04 to CI as parallel with Ubuntu 22.04. Some products and customers most likely still use Ubuntu 22.04 so we can't drop it from CI. Also We should verify the QLS setup with the latest LTS Ubuntu.
