Replace QLS configuration file when update

When updating the QLS, the installer will replace all files, including the configuration file (qt-service.xml).

Effect: After each update, the server configurations will be removed.

Fix: Rename qt-service.xml to qt-service-template.xml or a suitable alternative. Update the installation instructions accordingly.
