Build with macOS deployment target 10.14

      libqlicenseclient is currently build with macOS deployment target 11.0. This leads to compiler warnings when linking it into Squish since Squish is built for deployment target 10.14.

      Unless it causes significant follow-up problems, libqlicenseclient should match Squish's target of macOS 10.14. In cmake terms that would be -DCMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.14.
