Download On-Prem server from Customer Portal

Customers who are entitled for On-Prem License server need a way to download it.

• User submits hw ID
• User downloads the On-prem server package

Technical information

• Download should become visible in Customer Portal only after the hw id has been submitted and attached to the package (node-locking).
• Consider how changing the on-premises license server hardware can be done via Customer Portal. How to enable hw ID submitting for the user and still allow using only one instance of On-Prem server.
