Daemon: unable to to select a better license

As a user
I want that I get the license reservation from a better license even if I have an ongoing reservation
So that I can benefit from the features of a better license

• EDU-Developer license in Qt Account
  • qtframework
  • qtdesignstudio professional
• Use qtframework
  • a license reservation is made for "qtframework", allowing to also the "qtdesignstudio"
• Obtain additional license
  • Qt Design Tools Enterprise
    • qtdesignstudio enterprise
• The daemon keeps on using the existing reservation, i.e. it contains the qtdesignstudio professional
• When using the designstudio, the better license should be automatically reserved for the user
  • Should we store the original consumer_id that was used in initial license reservation request?
  • When a client app sends the request we should compare the consumer_id against the original consumer_id that was used in initial license reservation request? If different, attempt a new reservation request
