Daemon: If cache is left in inconsistent state the license tool is unable to purge licenses

      As a Qt/QA product user
      I want to purge my local license cache in case my reservations end up in inconsistent state
      So that I can start from clean state again.

      The qtlicensetool -c should clear our everything from the license cache even if it is in inconsistent state, e.g. no reservation files but license files exist.
