DS evaluators cannot get DSE license

    Description

      During the last training event, I noticed all evaluators cannot get Design Studio Enterprise license, although they get DCE and DSE evaluation licenses. (Since DCE automatically includes DSP license, the evaluators do get design studio professional license).

      The installed Design Studio version is 4.6.

      Workaround:

      • close the Design Studio
      • kill the qtlicd service from the task manager
      • delete the folder: %USER%/AppData/Roaming/Qt/qtlicd
      • restart the Design Studio -> check the about tab, it finds the enterprise license
