Qt Hosted License Server [Full launch]

This epic focuses on building robust Qt Hosted (Cloud) License Server with comprehensive management features to provide seamless control, renewal policy management, and license handling for users. Also, it collects all the productisation activities under it.

RnD User Stories:

1. ACL (Access Control List) Management in Salesforce and Customer Portal

• As a Customer for Qt License Server in License Manager role, I want to manage the Access Control List (ACL), so that I can control which users have access to specific licenses.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • Admins can add, modify, or remove users from the ACL through Salesforce and the customer portal.
  • Changes in ACL are synchronized between Salesforce and the portal in real-time.
  • Notifications are sent to affected users when their access rights are updated.
  • Logs of ACL modifications are maintained for auditing purposes.

1.Develop Marketing and Sales Collateral

• As a product manager, I want to create marketing and sales collateral highlighting the new Qt Hosted License Server features, so that the sales team can effectively promote them to current and potential customers.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • Product brochures and presentation decks are developed.
  • A blog post is published to announce the launch.

Security and Compliance Verification
As a product manager, I want to verify that the on-prem server enhancements meet security and compliance standards, so that our customers can deploy it without legal or data protection concerns.
Acceptance Criteria:
Security audit is completed, and results are documented.
Compliance checks for relevant standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC) are performed.
Any vulnerabilities or compliance issues are addressed before release.

2.Ensure Compliance and Security Verification

• As a product manager , I want to verify that the new features meet compliance and security standards, so that customer data is protected, and the platform is legally compliant.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • A thorough security audit is performed, and results are documented.
  • Compliance with relevant data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) is confirmed.
