Allow licenseserver admin to disconnect clients to free licenses

Let's say someone acquired a floating license and then left the PC running before he leaves the office. Now 1 license is allocated for a person who is not using it and cannot be reached to release that license again.

In that case it would be nice if an admin was able to issue a command to the license server to evict certain clients. Otherwise he would need to restart the server which would interrupt the workflow of current users.

Notes

I would like some way where we don't need to ship another executable just to be able to issue commands to the server. I don't know how realistic that is.

It would be nice to have a command which lists all connected users and maybe some stats as well.
