      • Test on all platforms where this tool is available
      • Use Qt Account which contains a named license to run the installer
      • Install QtC 4.5
        • offline installer
      • Clear the license cache
        • qtlicensetool(.exe) --clear-reservations
      • Start the QDS
        • it should start normally
        • in about dialog license reservation information is shown
