The CIP should be able to feed additional data from the consumer to QLS for telemetry purposes, as mentioned in a meeting on QLS Telemetry. The precise format of the data is not defined yet. JSON is likely, but the server needs to be able to process that, so a more structured format will be helpful. Maybe the same map-type structure as for consumer_features in the QLS entitlement file.

For starters, this is planned to be used to transfer the Squish package name.
