Online Installer doesn't allow download of software for Site License Owner

Bosch/BSH runs several Qt License Servers on Prem. A Team in Bosch/BSH builds Offline Installer Packages for each product they have licensed under their Qt Site License Agreement. They use a technical user account, qt.user@bshg.com, to log in via the Online Installer, but the Online Installer doesn't offer them the Qt Apps they have licensed under their Qt Site License Agreement. The result is that they can't work and can't server BOSCH/BSH developers with any Update or new Versions.

It seems that the Online Installer/ Qt Portal only knows and works for "Named User Licenses" but it needs to work although with "Site License".

This is a P1 Servity Issue for Bosch.
