Fix License Service installation on unix

    Description

      As a customer
      I want that the License Service is updated correctly even it's already running
      So that I have always the latest version used.

      In Qt Online Installer integration, we need to stop the qtlicd process before updating it, even if on unix you can overwrite the binary while it's running.

      If the qtlicd process is not stopped, the update will not take effect.
