    Description

      For the MVP customers, the Squish team would need Qt offline installers that can install qtlicd.exe that does not have runtime dependencies on VS and MSVC dlls (MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll, and VCRUNTIME140_1.dll).

      On bare (freshly installed) Windows OSe, there are no these dlls, and the VC runtime has to be installed as well.
      It would be easier for the MVP to avoid this, and later on we could reconsider the dynamic linking.

      Just to avoid potential misunderstandings, this issue is not about the CIP library.
