License Service: Better error message if instance already running

    Description

      As a user
      I want to have better error message if I try to manually start the service and there is an instance already running
      So that I know to shut the existing instance first

      2025-03-25 10:36:52 [ERROR] [unixdaemon]: Failed to start licenser: Caught exception: Failure while initializing license cache:Cannot initialize cache: Cannot apply lock "/home/<user>/.local/share/Qt/qtlicd/cache_v3.4//cache.lock": Resource temporarily unavailable

      It could suggest checking if there is an instance already running and to close it.
