The /api/v2/status endpoint returns the licenses in different order each time it's called

Steps:

1. Call /api/v2/status endpoint to get the list of licenses and their status.
2. Check the order
3. Make the call several more times and observe the order.

Expected: The order should be consistent.

Actua: The order changes after each call. See attached video.
