In case the user settings file does not contain a value for "user_id" the settings initialization will print an error message about malformed settings file. Though the warning does not prevent running the tool.

In 2.1.1, the username should be read from the local user's name, or from environment variable, so the error is incorrect and confusing.

The user settings file skeleton created by the qtlicensetool's first run does not contain the "user_id" key-pair either.
