CIP: on-demand launch will not recover without manual intervention in case of invalid qtlicd.port file

    Description

      If a daemon instance has been forcibly shut down, it would have not deleted the port configuration file in user's roaming profile. This would prevent any subsequent attempts to start the daemon in on-demand mode by any client application, if the port file was not deleted manually.
