A customer requested that the user should be able to release the license used by the Squish IDE if necessary on their end by clicking on a menu item for example.

This wish can be extended to any of our UI tools that hold a license while the user works with it. This is also something where it has to be decided still if we can (technically) and want to (business-wise) support such a feature.

This should keep the UI Tool open but not allow the user to interact unless they reacquire a license seat from the license server.
