Win_x86_64, Linux_x86_64, Linux_arm, macOS_x86_64

Test steps:

1. install Design studio with applicable qt account ( has access to commercial design studio )
2. verify that these files exist:

CHANGELOG

qtlicd

qtlicensetool

all files installed in <INSTALLDIR>/Tools/LicenseService

      3. verify that /home/<user>/.local/share/Qt/qtlicd/installations.ini contains:
path=<INSTALLDIR>/Tools/LicenseService/qtlicd
source=installer

    4. NICE-TO-HAVE: verify that version from /home/<user>/.local/share/Qt/qtlicd/installations.ini matches with product version to be tested(from env variables):

version=3.0.1

/home/<user>/.local/share/Qt/qtlicd/qtlicd.ini

verify that contains:

server_addr=https://qls.qt.io

Windows configuration file folder path:

C:\Users\<user\AppData\Roaming\Qt*

virtual component name here, just in case:
