'Insignificant' should be removed when TART virtualization is available for current macOS ARM targets or needed openssl-static provisioning is done manually for macOS ARM hosts
MacOS 11 ARM won't have support for TART virtualization. This means that provisioning script for static openssl needs to changed so that it won't overwrite any environment variables used by other products
