Clients may not be disconnected when attempting reservation release

    Description

      In case a reservation could not be renewed due to network connection or some other issue, and the lease time expires, the reservation is released by the daemon. In case the release request fails as well, the clients are not disconnected properly.

      Expected result is that the associated clients are disconnected after their reservation is attempted to be released.
