From testing point of view it would be important to make sure latest version/installation of License Service is started.
- There might be multiple (valid) installations of e.g. License Service 3.1.x on test machine. Afaik, only version number is checked when deciding which of those is started (first match from installations.ini) and it might not be the latest install.
- Could we also check timestamp to make sure latest installation is always started and tested?
- This is not an issue that would affect customers (since version number changes with published releases), only internal testing.
- I have added a workaround for QDS RTA testing for now, to delete installation.ini file before installations.
