Daemon: track client application run times

Keep track of client application run times (TCP socket connected -> disconnected) and send detailed information in the license release request. This includes an array of entries containing:

• consumer_id
• (process_id?)
• run_time (ms) truncated from run time of each separate process per consumer id
• other data...
