Run Coin extended configurations in weekly basis

Now the extended QSR configurations are run for the release candidates in Coin.

Consider running them on a weekly basis to catch possible issues earlier.

Options:

a) tune the configurations

b) check if Nightly Integration Scheduler supports custom configs

c) put calendar markings to each Friday etc. and trigger the schedule build manually for the latest changes with the custom configs. (and ignore errors to get all results during the weekend)
