Add cross-build targets to RTA detailed tests

RTA tests could have multiple cross-build targets, not only the desktop itself.

For example, different architectures (e.g. big-endian), since there is some conditional compilation in the code for such cases.

Definition of Done

1. All wanted cross-build targets are covered with test cases
2. Tests are run and pass in all configurations
3. Test cases are in TestRail suites and plans
4. Jenkins jobs are updated
5. Test code is reviewed
6. Test code is in version control
7. Test results are in TestRail
