Update host test case for Qt Cluster to include the telltales

When running the Qt Cluster example in the host, you need to have the telltales example running to get the wanted FPS performance. The example is meant for target device, and the safety manual does not yet have instructions for the Qt cluster example use in the host.

But it is good for sanity check testing.
