SafeText and escape character issue in rendering

The escape character \ is shown as part of the text, although it should be omitted.

See rendering example. Upper row is from qmlscene and lower row from QSR.

For example, the last character on the right shows this issue

There should be only one \ character, but QSR renders two
characters.
