Qt Safelayout Tool should parse animations from all the nodes

Currently, animations are searched only from the root node and safe nodes.

All the nodes should be searched.

The use case is that you can have separate state logic for different functions. As you might have a gear indicator or turn signals which transitions and states should be possible to control independently.
