Scandinavian characters in dynamic safe text are not working

It seems that Scandinavian characters (åäö) are not working with the runtime editable safe text.

Static safe text renders those.

Those letters are omitted in case they are in the QML or if they are used with set text event.

And those seem to be working well in the target hardware.

So the problem occurs in Windows host testing.
