QNX event handler animation timer can overflow the event handler

Sending a lot of QSafeStateChange events as the test harness does causes the event queue to overflow in QNX.

As the animation timeout value is 1 ms and the animation timer handling stays to wait for VSYNC event there can be triggered several timers while waiting for the VSYNC. That causes that there are several outstanding timer events in the queue.
