Description
Add Qt Quick plugins to the installer scripts (for mac, linux, windows).

There are static and dynamic builds for hosts:
Linux:

From the static builds qtsafercctool and qtsafelayouttool binaries are installed to the C:\Qt\Tools\QSR-2.0.0\bin
For the dynamic host builds all files except qtsafercctool and qtsafealayouttool are installed to the qt installation directory.
There are also QNX 7.0 target builds for Windows and Linux (armv7, armv8, x86_64):
From these packages all the files are installed to the qnx7_xxx folders.
