Deploy the new Polyspace Bug Finder server version

Now reading the super long reports at the end of the project is fun for sure.

But to create actionable feedback we need to deploy the new server version, and learn how to use it.

The results browsing and checking individual files. It must be funnier than reading the Word document.

And try to get feedback for each commit to avoid big bang at the end.
