Deploy the froglogic Squish CoCo to local development environment

Now the CoCo is used in nightly test server automatically, or at need in some virtual machine.
And people have to setup the VPN to access the floating license server.

Definition of Done:

• Have the local node locked licenses for each team members each machine.
• Have the CoCo installed for each member's each machine
• Activate the license
• Perform a simple test with provided examples that setup works
• Check that there is a simple method to enable the CoCo for the entire QSR
