Contrast check missing from dynamic SafeText

    Description

      The contrast test warns SafeImage, SafePicture and static SafeText for missing background color, and warns on low contrast for SafePicture and static SafeText. Unfortunately dynamic SafeText has no checks on contrast or warnings on missing background color.

      Ordinary criteria for DoD applies.
