Description
QSR Safety plan needs to be updated for QSR release 1.1.
Plan is available in Wiki: https://intranet.qt.io/display/QTRD/Qt+Safe+Renderer+Safety+Plan and if needed, it will be exported to .pdf.
All updates should be done in such a way that it is clear what is QSR 1.0 content, QSR 1.1 content and common content. For example, if you update the review policy:
Current version:
For the essential design documentation (system and unit design) inspection check lists must be used in reviews as requested by ISO 26262:2011 / ASIL-B.
- Review approver has the responsibility to ensure checklists are fileld
- Filled check list is to be stored to same Sharepoint folder with the document
- Checklists shall be named using Qt_Safe_Renderer_<document name>_inspection_record as template
Updated version:
In QSR 1.0, for the essential design documentation (system and unit design) inspection check lists must be used in reviews as requested by ISO 26262:2011 / ASIL-B.
- Review approver has the responsibility to ensure checklists are fileld
- Filled check list is to be stored to same Sharepoint folder with the document
- Checklists shall be named using Qt_Safe_Renderer_<document name>_inspection_record as template
In QSR 1.1, for the essential design documentation (system and unit design) inspection check lists must be used in reviews as requested by ISO 26262:2011 / ASIL-D. - <add the ASIL-D issues here>
At least the following items should be updated for QSR 1.1:
- project organization for QSR 1.1
- Process tracking: in QSR 1.1, the documentation follow-up is done here: https://intranet.qt.io/display/QTRD/QSR+Release+1.1+Design+Phase+Verification (same page that contains the verification information too)
- Review policy - ASIL B --> ASIL-D
- requirement management: add QSR 1.1 tasks (for example, under own heading)
- release management: add link to QSR 1.1 items in on-line installer page (not yet done!), check if kanban link needs to be updated
- work products listed in the activity details table (chapter 4 in word document) could include also the concept status (part of architecture documentation); see
QSR-216
